10 mile run

Spent the morning cleaning the house.

The afternoon was spent with C running along the kennet and Avon canal. We stared at Staverton and got just past Seend, which was the 5 mile mark before heading home.

In total 10.2 miles in 1hr 41mins at an average 9.53 min/miles, well pleased and a new PB!

If you had asked me a year ago:
a) I would never have thought I could run 10miles
b) I would never have thought I would actually enjoy it!
c) I would never have thought my times would improve!

What a difference a year makes!

Three weeks till my half marathon and I'm looking forward to it :)
