Merry Christmas

This has been the strangest Christmas. We have never been on our own before and I kept feeling that I ought to be rushing about to get Christmas dinner ready for everyone. We had a nice relaxed day and lit our lovely Indian lamp ( or a tea light perched on it) as it got dark.
We were lucky to be able to chat to the family and all were well except for our daughter in law who is suffering form the dreaded covid at the moment. Fortunately she has not needed to be in hospital.
