International Womans Day

Happy Day Folks. Still a long way to go. 

I legged it to my surgery for an annual blood test. 1st time I've been there for the past year. Good to see J, a kind, welcoming woman who gets my blood with ease. I'm also weighed once a year. Pleasantly surprised to only have gained 2kgm.
