What a day!

Rain showers with hail in the early morning but after that pure pleasure . Many hours of puttering in the garden in the warm sun. Every discovery was exciting. The green plums started to open some of their thousands of buds, as did the Asian pear. Too bad that there are no bees around yet. The air is a little too crisp.
Put the seeds for carrots, radish, kale, spinach and peas in the ground. And, weather permitting, many more will follow in the next two weeks.
