Pitta pockets

Inspired by a friend’s photos of her baking exploits I asked for the pitta bread recipe and had a go myself. Wow. Never buy supermarket pittas ever again! I was so impressed. The secret to getting the split in the middle is to have everything super hot - oven, baking tray... just be careful what you touch! I really enjoyed my first one for lunch filled with home made hummus- I was on a roll and didn’t have any in the fridge. Otherwise a run and getting on with my spinning stuff.
