western scrub jay

Lots of blue this morning - in the sky, Steller's jays in the trees, and scrub jays foraging on the ground.
Feeling blue has the connotation of being unwell (not in the pink!) and therefore being sad. But I love the color blue and it cheers me up!
I am glad to have a blue Sunday :-)
