PINING

A pine ladybird on a pine tree - possibly - at any rate, it's a conifer. I looked in my tree book which completely confused me because all the illustrations look the same and the silhouettes all imply enormous tall trees, and not the 10-footer here. There were Mistle Thrushes around as well (extra) which is good as I believe they're not as common as they were.

Apart from that, the day has been indistinguishable from most others. Oh, clean bedclothes tonight which is always a weekly treat. This is how exciting life is at the moment. I am not bothering my head about the Royals.
