Beach reflections

A stunning sunrise that I missed turned into a dull day for photography. I started the day with a 5k run, I wish there was a Park run near hear to keep my motivation up.

A walk on the beach with these two in the afternoon, this is the usual view I see of them. I don't think they remember I am there most of the time.

Sunday dinner and a glass of red to cheer me before the week begins again.
