Arnfield .

This morning amble took us and the pig to arnfield reservoir and nature reserve, a great place , but could be better managed , mind you , the threat of a bypass cutting it up, probably dampened any entusiasm. i cut my birding teeth in this place. the pond in the picture is good for kingfisher and little grebe , though i did not see either today.
