Royal wave

An early morning trip to Salford this morning, this time for an ultrasound scan on my frozen shoulder.

Originally, it was booked for Friday so the plan was to have that done and then go to my physio appointment. Then they changed it, so we’ve had to make a return trip today.

The good news is that landing on my shoulder hasn’t done any further damage (it was already frozen before my accident); there are no torn tendons, so the next stage is to book me in for hydrodistension.

This doesn’t sound particularly pleasant, but if I means I can lift my arm (which I’ve not been able to do since July last year!) then I’m all for it.
Hopefully, I’ll be good as new in no time ;-)
