Lichen Moth

We do get some fascinating moths in Brunei, and I can understand how this one would be wonderfully camouflaged on a lichen covered tree trunk in the jungle, but on our gloss green front door, it is a bit obvious.

It is about 2” long and wide and has stayed on the door all day, expecting that it will disappear in the next few hours when the sun goes down.
