It's the way you tell 'em...
I'm not too sure what it was that Mum said, but Arlo was clearly amused!
I went to bed at 9.15pm last night and slept through solidly until 6am. It was just what the doctor ordered and I woke feeling refreshed and rather less grumpy. I got up, walked the girls and washed the car before 8am! Spoke to you on a good FT line, ate breakfast and did school work before driving to Doddington to meet the gang. Karen came too so we had a nice big table, lots of drinks and cakes and a good old natter. Riley was rather quiet today, I think he was knackered from his swim, and Arlo was fine...though he has some nasty eczema which must be really scratchy so he was a little bit hacked off.
I went off swimming and Mum and Dad headed to Whisby Nature Reserve for a stroll and to take some photographs. I'm back home, doing school work and plodding through the jobs list. Mum did my ironing - what an angel! Dinner tonight and an early bedtime so that I feel bright and breezy tomorrow too! Really frustrating that we couldn't talk this afternoon, seems that the internet at your end was pretty useless as Skype and FaceTime were hopeless. Think we need to avoid this time of day next weekend!
Have a good week, hope it includes a flight out of Kathmandu!xx
