I like wee saunters around Glasgow. A lot of my past has been spent in various parts of Glasgow, I've never lived in the city but a lot of friends, past and present have and thus wee parts of the city still reside in my memory.

This rather spectacular Rennie Mackintosh style building is now a hotel looks to have been given a fresh lick of spiffy red paint since I was last in it. I came to be in the building many years ago because I was visiting a certain David Carburry when he was at university and this building was a halls of residence at the time.
