I'm guessing the tide is high if the skull and crossbones has managed to get this far from the coast! It's not quite as ornate as this one, but it's still a great "play house" for some lucky children!

In extras - an update on Sam the Tractor first seen here. I had to be careful venturing into the garage, as most of the roof has collapsed, and the remaining beams look dodgy! Thanks for hosting the derelict challenge Marlieske!
