Dates !

What a day ! We went to the dump and there were very long queues! Whist queuing,Paul realised there was a hissing coming from the tyres . Two near side tyres were virtually flat . Paul ended up waiting in the compound at the dump all day as the RAC were so busy !! In the end he had to get his garage to collect him with a low loader . 
His Mum came and collected me and when I was home there was the NHS letter to make my vaccination appointment . In the afternoon my surgery also rang to give me another one 
too ! So there we are - I’m having it with very mixed feelings as I prefer to take a wholistic approach to health and am taking a high dose of vitamin D but needs must .
