The Pie and the Patty Pan

This story tells of a cat called Ribby who holds a tea party for a Pomeranian dog called Duchess. Ribby baked a mouse pie and Duchess tried to replace Ribby's pie with her own ham and veal one (she didn't fancy one made of mouse), which caused complications. Duchess believes she swallowed a small tin called a patty-pan, feels ill and Ribby had to call for the assistance of Dr. Maggotty (seen here!)

Dr. Maggotty was a Magpie in the story but when our lovely Crow family came to call again today this one reminded me of the Doctor, especially with the white colouring on his wings - I think these are called Pied Crows?

I wanted to take the big camera out for a drive today but all those undone jobs are calling - grrrrrrr. So its just a quick 'through the window' blip.
