Training & Trams

Like most uni students, Chris also went back to school this week... Ikon College; our staff training and skill building program which is led by Leonie Kerley, our National People and Culture Director.

Taking place at the Ikon Melbourne office, Chris (pictured above with our Melbourne team's mascot) and 3 of our Melbourne counterparts; James, Leah and Ana completed the Managing People course. Over two days the course included sessions on Understanding Your Team, Delegation, and what to salvage if your plane crashes in the icy wilderness of northern Canada!

Outside of class, a few of the highlights Chris shared with the team back in Brisbane included two surprise birthday cakes and surviving his first ride on a tram. A decent feat considering Chris's self-confessed lack of direction!

A big thanks to the Leonie and the Ikon Melbourne team for looking after Chris so well and for returning him in one piece.
