My Moulie

I have to admit to being a bit of a sucker for kitchen gadgets of all kinds. This device which arrived yesterday is a really useful bit of kit. As any self-respecting cook (or watcher of Raymond Blanc) will know, it’s called a moulie and is used for blending and making purées, mashed potato, etc.
I plan to put it to use today to make a celeriac purée, which I’m hoping will go well with some lemon sole this evening.
