Afternoon walk before day 1 of our Tony Robbins course started. The course is called unleash the power within. He goes for full immersion with long long hours of learning using movement and music to keep us alert and learning. It's in est and we are gmt. Really interesting day which ended at 5am I might add with breaking through a wooden board with our hand symbolising breaking through what's holding us back!
