juvenile Bellbird

Today was very special. After 54 days in care,(from a tiny hatchling) my baby was taken back to the mountains for release. We haven't been sure what it was, but the ranger who picked her up, told me she was a female Bellbird. It was bittersweet to see her go, but very happy I raised her successfully. And she wasn't imprinted!!!!!
