Rewards for results

Another successful ASL Annual Seminar in the bag. This year we live streamed it (organised by moi) and we had folk tuning in from Qatar, Vermont and on a ferry crossing the Irish sea! We also managed to get #ASL2013 trending on Twitter!! (In Dublin).
Now that's the kind of exciting results that make all the hard work behind the scenes pay off.
I am leaving this committee in June. But now is not the time to talk about it cos I never want to leave after such a successful day. But after 6 years of hard work I think I can now leave with my head held high and concentrate on other things like CORus and LibraryJobs.ie (oh and of course becomming a mum!).
I had to do quite a bit of getting up and walking around during the day as bump is ever expanding. Rest day well deserved for me tomorrow.
Took a few pictures but this one is best and yummiest. Tweeted it to our viewer in Qatar who had tuned in to find we were all gone to lunch. Haha
