Long way to go.

Having taken this garden on I am determined to make a big difference to it. So far the grass that this new bed is going to be a border of has been reclaimed from rough field, I have cleared an area about 5m² around the trunk of a walnut tree of fallen sticks, branches and nettles and it is now lawn. The front lawn is now a lawn, various detritus and rotting logs from beside the drive have gone and it's waiting to be seeded, I've clipped an euonymous japonicus into large blobs and a self seeded bay is now a shaped feature besides the garage door. This is the third year I've been working here so it does take time. The owners are not there often so they always see a change.
