I love trees in winter and this ash which is behind my garage has some lovely shapes to it.  I spent a while listening to the starlings chattering to each other but by the time I got the camera half of them had flown away.  If you are lucky you may see some near the top.  I think I've got a magpie nest in another big tree.  Had a walk in Bitts Park this morning and was hoping to see the early flowering Rhododendrons, but the recent cold weather and snow has put paid to that as there were just a few flowers out.  Maybe in a few weeks there may be more.
