Yesterday my hospital physiotherapist encouraged me to walk further and faster than I usually do. My local physiotherapist had said the same thing. Mrs S is always reinforcing this message.
So today I walked a bit further and faster. I managed to stop for a moment to take this snap. I couldn't hand around, as I was sinking in the mud of this, one of our local parks.
I have also been encouraged to return to my online seated yoga class - so I did that today too.
Tomorrow it is more exercise!
By the time I am admitted to hospital I will need a rest...
