Horses and Carriage

We happened to be driving along the street near the aged care home where my mother-in-law lives and what should come trotting down the street but a couple of draught horses pulling a carriage. I quickly stopped and grabbed the camera, which fortunately was on the back seat of the car.
When we arrived at mum's we learned that the carriage was to bring a couple who were "renewing their vows". We hung around until they arrived and joined in the crowd, many of whom included other residents. We had no idea who the couple but it made for a different afternoon. Mum struggles with dementia so was a little confused as to what was happening.
