Golden Church (plus Moon)
Talk about having exactly the right lens at the right time! And handheld.
Just some added overall sharpness, which has upped the noise a tad, my standard custom amount of shadow/highlight correction and that's it! No cropping, no colour change.
Same Church as in this Blip, the waning moon still bright but with a certain mistiness to it.
Somehow, though the star is the overwhelming goldness of all the nearby streetlamps that congregate in this alleyway. Took my breath away - and had to get it up.
Lens is my v old Nippon Kogaku (Nikon) 35mm f1.4, on full-frame D700. Its quirky optical characteristics are a warm tinge (perfect here!) and like most very fast lenses wide open and before the days of CAD (computer aided design) - this lens is from the 60's, a softish, luminiscent image quality. Again, perfect here.
Now having got my Blip for toady, I can catch up with all Blips and Blipping Blippers!! Day sorted!
