A survivor

It's still here and looks healthy. This Pochard  has a twisted / broken wing and was unable to fly-off when the little group it was with, left a few months ago.
It hangs around the spots, where people feed the birds, on the lake in Chorlton Water Park.
I've no idea if it can dive for food.
I hadn't seen it for a while, especially when the lake froze over. But it it was with the other water birds this morning.
