Explorations

I had a delightful response to the second Pfizer on the day after: I slept for hours and hours. After a three-hour nap, I felt a little achy and nauseated, and then I slept ten and a half delicious deep velvety hours overnight and woke feeling fabulous. It's my week with the car, so I drove out to Sauvie Island this morning. It was still foggy and quiet, but I came across a large flock of trumpeter swans (1st extra). Their sounds are marvelous. While I was standing there spellbound, some very noisy Canada geese arrived, and the swans decided to leave with a great loud flapping and honking and folderol (main blip, not clear unless you go large). Second extra is swans on  the left, geese on the right. I felt utterly blessed by the whole raucous shamazzerie.

I'm so grateful that I've now been vaccinated. I wish everyone everywhere had the same privilege.
