Before on the top, after on the bottom. I glued the crack back together then filled and sanded then coated with about six coats of shellac lacquer mixed with natural pigment. It is nearly 18 years since I brought this back from India and it cracked shortly after so I am really pleased to finally have fixed it. You can still see the marks underneath but I quite like that as it shows the history! I've spent two nights restringing and tuning. Final photo of the whole thing to follow.
