Little and Large

Back at Trent Lock today, waiting to be the driver on the return trip - great reason to be out with the camera for a couple of hours.

The juxtaposition of little and large 'chimneys' appealed to me in this shot of the ubiquitous Ratcliffe Cooling Towers. (I suppose if something stays on one place it can't truly be ubiquitous but they seem to be!)

Extras are some of the birds I managed to snap - pleased to get a recognisable one of a Redwing - you see them often enough but getting a decent picture is something else - a  bit like Wrens!)
