Thatching

Another walk today and a catch up with a friend whose hair is getting more grey and longer each time I see her! This was previously a lady who would get her hair cut every four weeks and get a fringe trim in between! We talked about looking forward to hair and nail appointments and restrictions lifting and lot of other Covid related blah! I’m Looking forward to other activities in the future that don’t involve walking and talking about Covid. A mutual friend has invited us both for bubbles in the garden on March 29th which think is the first day we are allowed to do anything like normal?

However it was a nice walk and the sun did come out and we spotted this house being re- thatched which was very interesting. Reeds grown overseas I understand?
