Look at it. Look at that lovely bright light in the beautiful blue sky.

Everyone's all smiley and happy when the sun comes out. Apart from the person that sent me the difficult email.....Oh dear. What to do. There's just no pleasing some folk....And now I've got to work out how to deal with her.
