Light on a gloomy day

Went for a walk around the gardens at Anglesey Abbey in Cambridge this morning and was blown away by the snowdrops,hellebores and cyclamen. The walk opened up on this lovely patch of silver birches.....it was like wandering in Narnia.

Stopped off at the garden centre on the way back and got some plants to put in the garden when the weather begins to warm up.

Took part in a quiz night tonight at the local RBL club in aid of a local bowls team....lots of laffs and we didn't come last, also won a box of chock and bottle of wine.
