Men at work

A rather cold and miserable day so I didn’t go far and this is the only shot I took all day.  The barn is part of a new conversion that was only completed last year and inevitably there are a few snagging problems.  One was a small dip in the granite blocks across the entrance to the parking area so the owner asked us all to park our cars behind the barn for a couple of days while it was sorted out.  Yesterday they relaid the granite blocks (in between drinking mugs of tea and reading the paper) and today they laid the tarmac between the entrance and the road.  To be fair, they do seem to have made a good job of it all between their breaks.  I took this from the upstairs window showing our view from the front of the barn.
