ROWING MACHINE.

This rowing machine is my new toy, it came yesterday and Tony’s put it together today for me. Before lockdown I started going to the gym because I have COPD. I’ve never smoked but the doctors think that my breathlessness. Is the radiotherapy I had for breast cancer over 10 years ago now damaged my lungs. I had three operations and 35 radiotherapy sessions. So I’m hoping the rowing machine will build up my heart and lungs. I always remember the teacher at the gym saying to me, the heart is a muscle and you must exercise it. I also thought it would help Tony because he had a triple by pass a few years ago. So I hope we will both use it and that it won’t just get left in the corner. Only time will tell. I hope your well blip friends.
