I don't like common flies

There were hardly any interesting bugs or grubs in the garden today, except for a couple of butterflies and a nice looking moth but none settled.

So an ordinary fly is it for today. While I don't like them, this is my best capture yet of a compound eye. Isn't nature wonderful?!
