Chicken
Spice rubbed chicken breast with tahini sauce, roasted purple cauliflower, salad, cheddar, and dates. Wine: Lincourt Chardonnay Steel Sta. Rita Hills 2018.
Dinner was excellent. The wine was good and took me off guard, as I've never had an unoaked Chardonnay with pronounced malolactic fermentation. With its buttery, lemony, and citrusy notes (and a touch of saline), it's practically a French sauce for fish.
