Passover Continues

Passover is a seven day holiday and by holiday I mean that it is more akin to a tradition of not eating bread for a week. Instead, we eat this stuff, Matzo. It is just like a cracker and makes for a nice snack. I like it with butter and salt the most but many people prefer it differently.

Another reason I like Passover: usually we don;t have any junk food or snacks around the house but Matzo is just as easy to munch on.
