Mountain Chickadee

Laney and I took a rather fast paced walk this afternoon, not so much due to the chilly wind, but because we were walking with a friend who had a lot on her mind. Walking and talking is so cathartic, and energizing at the same time. I almost forgot to take a picture at all, so this is about the only snap I have today.
