I phoned a friend

Actually it was on messenger! I decided my run today would be up the hills and contacted a friend to see if she wanted to come, too. She did.
We had a lovely 7 mile run on a route I last did exactly 2 months ago when there was ice and snow on the ground. There were still a few snow patches and lots of soggy ones but it was so good to be up there. 
It was quite mild and sunny intervals, though as soon as I got home the haar started coming in and the temp dropped.
I was a bit disorientated afterwards, I kept thinking it was lunchtime but it was mid-afternoon! (I've recently done the more interesting runs in the morning).
I also got a load of towels washed and dried and some bread made. 
A satisfying day.
