Most beautiful building in Manchester

I really love The John Rylands Library.

It was a bit of a weird day in town today: glorious sunshine and people wearing big grins, against a slightly disconcerting backdrop of police swarms and helicopters hovering over the EDL demo (which I stayed well away from).
