Skipper

Skipper in the backyard.   I am bemoaning the fact that there aren't as many insects as we normally see.  The Rower reckons it's the season - maybe so, but maybe I don't have my spotting eyes any more.  Or the patience to wait around. 

I haven't seen any praying mantis for at least the last two or even three years.
