Close encounters with nature

After a cloudy damp start things brightened up considerably and the sun made an appearance, encouraging the crocuses to open up and show their innermost secrets.
Elsewhere in the garden, in the pond to be precise, it was standing room only in one corner where the frogs were congregating in great numbers. They were obviously pairing up (and some threesomes as well!!!) and I spotted these two in the extra having a bit of a quiet time together under the overhanging rocks. They were keeping an eye on me.
