Baked onions cooked in miso flavoured water a la Ottelengi !
They’re delicious! Didn’t take many pics today as I was battling with my printer/Lightroom. I’m not very good at naming my pictures or tidying up my synced files And I run out of space in the cloud. So doing a bit of sorting out.
