NO CHANGE!

Woke to girlie chat along the landing....no change just like Uni....cuppa and more chats.
Then Sally took us to this beautiful beach...Alnmouth...the day was glorious after this picture was taken we had to take a layer off!!
It was an ideal opportunity to do 5K Walk #38 and chat some more...it great to put our own memories together with someone else's and make a new picture!
We then had lunch in a cafe and then home again.
We have just enjoyed an Indian meal and are now have our fruit input (which is grapes in their liquid form)....time to try another variety....and have just laughed ourselves silly over old photos from Uni...the clothes and hair styles were hilarious!

GRATEFUL FOR: A SUNNY DAY ON THE BEACH IN MARCH AND WINE!
