New Road

They’ve finally started building the long awaited bypass. It should cut down the traffic through Poynton. It’s near our house but not near enough to be a bother. One of our neighbours said he’s seen rats in the fields around us. They're also building all around around the estate so everything has been disturbed. The ‘rape of the countryside’ comes to mind.
