HAZY DAYS

Good Mindfulness session this morning.  Week 6 now, only 2 more plus an after course session and that will be done - can't believe the 8 weeks is almost up already..

So far no problems after the vaccination, just a bit of a sore arm but nothing much, more if I lean on it.

My sister had her vaccination yesterday too in Lancaster Town Hall.  She had the Astrazenica one and said they were really good over there too and so far the only reaction she has had is the same as mine.

After lunch I took G for a walk around the block as it is such a lovely Spring-like day.  We just went down to Kents Bank Station, onto the Shore Forecourt but the salt marshes were too muddy to go too far.  So I took this photo.  It shows a very hazy Ingleborough in the distance and you can see two people who had wellingtons to get out right up to the sea.  

We then just walked back up a little of Kirkhead Road, down Greaves Wood Road, Priory Crescent and back home.  We were going to go further but G had one of his bad dizzy spells so I had to get him home quick.  Still it was lovely to be out in the warm sunshine and so many birds singing away it was gorgeous.
