Foggy

Got out by 9am for a chilly walk to see the fog on the river meadow. Only 2C and damp as could be. There is still lots of flood water hanging around on the meadow and of course the fog was much more dense by the water, very atmospheric. This dog walker appeared at exactly the right moment, cresting a sloping path as I was heading towards it. 
All the images seemed very appropriate for recording the last day of winter.  

The extras: one appealed because of the symmetry of the two trees reflected in the river and the other is part of Houghton lock.
