GOT A LOT OF SHIT DONE TODAY
Busy....cleaning....gardening..... sorting....and then someone made me go on a 4 mile hike cross the fields up to my ankles in mud. It was heavy going so I reckon the 4 miles equated to 8 miles of actual effort coz it was hilly too.
Bed....exhausted
