Yesterdays Drive

Yesterday i went back to the woods where i used to go with my Mam,Dad and brother
I took a picnic and it was lovely 
Then across country to drive home i met the flock of sheep going from one field to another
I stopped in a village and wandered and took some pix of the church[a 20 minutes walk]
The i passed through another village with the glorious crocus
Over all the best day i have had for months
Fabulous
But today i woke after a rotten nights sleep plus nightmares and feel so low again
Why does this happen i was so happy when i went bed ??
Well at least i have pix to remind me of a lovely day and here they are to prove it xxxxx
